yes and no but if u do any other mods it is something u r going to want, the stock itake is a joke it lets maybe 40% of the air in as the K&N...

 

[&:] grasshopper one must remember the engine is but an air pump and anything you can do to increase its efficiency will get more HP. air filter alone will be negligable but can only help especially when combined with other mods now or in the future
