well, if you choose exhaust, i wouldnt get a flowmasters. its ironic of the name, but they dont really flow all that good.. i hear dynomax products are better then flowmaster. i bought dynomax bullets, they havent come in yet, but i downloaded sound clips of different dynomax mufflers and they all sounded pretty good, especially the bullet. not to mention they supposably flow a lot better then flowmasters.

One of the smarter members on here bought random technology mufflers. I'd check those out...

There is an old saying: "He that does not know one thing, knows another". That is the reason for these forums, so that we can pick each other's brains & learn from each other.

well, you have the rest of your life to save for both, so just pick one. i would personally do an exhaust before an intake, but others may disagree. try to do a complete exhaust at once, headers, all the way back

I bought a Hooker 3" catback exhaust, and I'm pretty happy with it. The dual tips look good, and have held up pretty well, and the fitment was pretty decent as well. It seems like it flows pretty good.

As for the tone, it's pure *****. It sounds great.

intake wont change the proformance greatly. I would highly recomend the exhaust instead. Good luck with your search. I am more firmiliar with the old v8's sorry.

I agree, critisising is not great and you dont get as much help. I have been in forums where 2/3 of the posts were negative and not related. Good job with this forum
