I was wondering how to take of the pulley from a Vortech blower cause I tried taking it off with a ratchet but that didn't work. Also, is it a left or right-hand thread?

Hmmmm
If you used an impact that should work. Or put the belt back on and have a helper put pressure on the belt to help stop it from slipping while you remove the bolt.
