Default Glass packs?

Hi, I'm not sure if anybody has posted about this before, but is it illegal in Ohio to use glass packs? I was thinking about getting some but I'm not sure.
Thanks

I checked into a couple of other forums and for some reason they say that glass packs aren't illegal except for in ohio. I think its the sound level maybe, because the description of the pair i'm looking at says it will produce a loud sound without alerting the "sound police"

i simply had to google this lol. was very curious about them but it appears it would be impractical for me to use them, the ones i found were uber cheap. under 30 bucks cheap. aside from that, i have 2 exhaust tips from my muffler.which leads back to the engine via a y pipe and my exhaust manifolds. glass packs replace mufflers correct? so if i were to use one i would have to find one to fit my 4.5 inch exhaust but it would kill my dual cat back. lol.
