Default fuel pump fittings

I've got an Edelbrock mech. fuel pump on a 350. Because of limited space I'm going to have to use 90 degree fittings off the inlet and outlet ports of the pump. Does anyone anticipate any problems? (flow, pressure, etc)

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

You will be all good. Eventual the fuel has to turn towards the carb so might as well make it turn at the pump

No problems at all. I needed to make a quick right angle out of my mech. pump as well, and it feeds two carbs! What you plan on doing is very common.

Great! Appreciate the quick replys. I'll have many more questions I'm sure...I'm to the point of hooking up lines, cables, hoses, wires, etc.
