Hey, I just bought a 91 RS. The Fan does not run I found a broken wire by the battery, next to a fuseable link. I went ahead and fixed that with a new wire and a fuse not a fuseable link. It keeps blowing 30amp fuses and it won’t run if I jump out the fuse. I did check the circuit to ground and got nothing..... I really don’t have a clue on what it can be please help me

 

theres probably a shorted out wire in there somewhere, the fan sending unit is under the passenger side head if your car is a V-8. just trace it back from there

 

Well thanks.... The problem was not a shorted wire but the fan motor it self was bad and would not turn at all
