Hey guys. I have 1991 camaro RS with a 305tbi. When i got the car someone previously had removed the catalytic converter. The tube that comes from the engine has just kinda been half pinched off and when the car is running it just makes a hissing sound. correct me if i'm worng but isnt this a line that pumped air into the exhaust so that it would pass emissions tests???? I was wondering what is the best way to remove all this emissions stuff? We don't have any emissions testing at all in the state i live in so removing it isn't a big deal. Thanks for your help
