okay now i got your point , there is another question for you
i know i am bothering you with my question but excuse for my ignorance
should i go for a used 350 engine and modifey it or get a new one, used one here egypt would cost me around 1k or should i go for a new one which will cost around 4 or 5 k without taxes which is 1.5k and yet modifying it and installation what do you think if u were in my place

On the other hand if you were lucky enough to get your hands on an LT1 350 from a say a 1970 Z28 or Corvette you would have a 4 bolt main block with a steel crank,a performance cam, high compression big valve heads, basically a high performance engine from the factory, however if you want a 383'' stroker even then you will discard many parts starting with the crankshaft and pistons.
I don't know if Summit Racing ships to Egypt but buying a crate 383" stroker with aluminum heads might be the best bet if you can swing it.
They can be had complete with everything from the carb and ignition on down.

If you do go with a used engine, many of the light truck engines from 1969 through about 1980 had four bolt main blocks and steel cranks, they are a good starting point for a performance build, even without doing a stroker a 350 can make 450 or more streetable hp with the right heads and other components.
Theses three kits with a 4 bolt truck block and whammo!

Best of luck, those early hi performance engines are few and far between even here in the states.

yea 350 and 383 stroker kit is what i hear is the shiz...it would be better in my opinion...if you can obviously afford a 572 then i would go with a small block and deck it out..that my friend i think would be a better starting off and price wise
