Default electrical ???'s need help.

Just got an '80 z/28, my problem is I turned on the headlights and they worked, I pushed the dimmer switch and they went out and will not come back on. Blinkers & brake lights work fine but marker lights headlights and taillights will not work.
I checked all fuses and they were good. I checked for power at headlight and no power. I checked and could not any power at headlight switch harness.
Am I missing something or what? Any hidden relays or fuse links I cant see?
I'm new to camaros so I really need help.. Thanks, Pete

No power to the headlight switch itself? Not sure of the location but check at the starter for fuseable links. Dont just look at them but pull on the a little. sometimes the wire burns away inside of the white, or black, plastic piece.

Could not find any power at headlight switch. Checked from ground to all terminals on harness and no voltage. The car starts, and everything else works, anything to do with light switch doesn't (headlights, markerlights, dash lights)

Regaurdless if the car starts there are still fuseable links that send power from the battery hook up at the starter.

Has anyone ever told you, You are the man!!!!
I now have lights.
Not a burnt link, but a broken wire right at the starter.
Thanks for the help, it would have taken me forever to find that.
