Hi.

I own a 97 Z28 automatic. Ive just noticed that after turning over the engine the dash lights flicker twice on and off. No other problems noted, car starts first time every time. Any ideas???

 

Is that the only time they flicker? Are you talking about the illumination lights behind the dash or warning lights like the SES light? Open the door and turn the engine over to see if the inside lights flicker as well.

 

Its the illumination lights behind the dash. The interrior lights dim slightly when the ignition turns the engine over but its after the engine is running that the illumination lights flick on and off twice, not the interrior light.
