Default coolant flow diagram

Hey, i was reading on the 4/7 swap, and about how it fixes the #7 cylinder running hot issue a little. and someone was saying to just run a new coolant line to the back of the manifold to get cool water back there. But my understanding that the water in the manifold was hot, being moved toward the radiator? So is there a way to get cooler water to the back of the engine without drilling/tapping anything? i have an edelbrock performer with 2 plugs at the back on the water crossover. All i need is a chart or something! or basically is there a way i can get water into those 2 holes that will help the back 2 cylinders at all? thanks, Joe
