Well my friend has a 1998 camaro 6 cyl. automatic. Yeah yeah i know. Today he noticed his check engine light was on. When he drove it he said it shifted fine however the car would buck a little bit and the tack would jump a few hundred rpms noticeabely but would not accelerate he thinks it might be the coils but i am doubt full. Just wondering what you guys think. Any and all information will be greatly appreciatedn

 

The Check Engine lite means just that. Get the car scanned & see what the problem is, otherwise it will just be guessing. Apparentley there is a trouble that needs to be attended to.
