Is it really as bad as they say it is to change from traditional oil to synthetic oil on higher mileage vehicles? I was reading a thing about sea foaming your car and after sea foaming your car the guy recommended changing to synthetic oil

its some new stuff that cleans the build up and carbon from your whole system, even the cat.
