No mention of the year, No mention of the engine size, I would guess the belt is between 108" & 52" and it would route just like the old belt except not around the AC unit.

Or you could get an AC Delete idler pulley and run the same length belt. We may be able to let you know what's available with the year and model of your car [8D]

lmao sorry. 96' Z28and i don't want to do the pulley just a shorter belt. And yes i know i could use string to measure but figured someone had already done it and could save me a little time and pain of taking things off and out of the way before i'm ready. But before i get some more "SMART" answers i'll just take it apart and walk to the parts store[:@]

Just out of curiosity, why are you doing an A/C delete anyway? Just trying to ditch the extra ~20 lbs of the A/C system?

4 reasons really. I just got the car and the compressor is bad, little extra power, weight, and i don't use it anyway.

Well, I can understand the weight aspect, but you don't have any decrease in power unless you're using your A/C, otherwise it just acts as an idler pulley. I hope you don't use your defroster either since that uses the A/C unit to pull moisture out of the air.
