Default Bubbles in overflow tank

I've noticed a few times after shutting down hot, that there are bubbles in the overflow tank, for up to a few minutes after the car has been turned off. I think it might even do it when driving, but it's very noticable after shutting down as I can hear it pretty loud. Is this normal?
