You ned to describe the problem a little better. Where is the noise coming from (front, rear, sides)? Is it a regular repeating noise, when hitting bumps, etc??. It is very hard to diagnose noise problems sitting in front of a cumputer. You need to do all the leg work.

coming from the front and every now and then its a little louder but the sound of it is faster at higher sppeds and slower at lower it seems like everytime the wheel rotates it does it and then when i brake it goes away and the car shakes a little when the car is idle there is no tclunking either same with if i rev it when its idle ....

Make sure the caliper bolts are good and tight, check the rotors for wobble and cracks, and make sure the pads have all the retaining springs in place and not cracked or worn out. I kinda suspect the noise is coming from the brake pads and shifting within the caliper.
