[&:] there are indeed several after market brake makers including brembo, ssb, baer and others all offering $1500-$2000 big brake kits. another much lower cost set up is a c5 corvette swap. several sites sell brackets one even has parts list and can be done for around $500 for 13 in rotor and i think triple piston calipers

 

I've installed a few sets of the EBC pads, yellow and green, on stock systems and noticed an immediate improvement. They are very sticky pads.
