well ive managed to find out what you need is a caliper mounting bracket. however if anyone knows where i might be able to find this that would help as baer wants to charge $500 becuase they figured out that iam not buying their $1300brake kit. but man what a rip off 500 for a bracket. thanks

Default RE: brakes

Are you trying to upgrade your brake system or just replace worn pads/shoes?

Default RE: brakes

iam trying to upgrade my stock calipers and rotors with one from a C5vette. i found out there is a braket i need in order to mount up the calipers from the vette. what iam not sure on is if i need the whole hub assembly with the bearing or if the just the bracket will work. Also iam not sure where to find the bracket cause iam not payin $500 for one either. thanks
