Default Brake adjustable proportioning valve - 68 Camaro

I'm in the process of completing a 4whl disc brake swap from Baer, and going to put in the brake fluid tonight. My question is once I have everything setup, how do you determine if the proportioning valve is set correctly so the front/rear brakes are applying equal pressure? I havent messed with the brakes in the 10 years I've had this car, but it was time to throw out the 4whl drum setup.... Thanks guys!
