[X(] im quite sure that your idle speed is a bit too high. unless ive missed the boat 750 rpm should be max warm idle rpm. without going through dianostics there are a few things to look for or try before more costly options. look and listen for vacuum leaks, also with that many miles id be sure to give the idle air motor and throttle plates a GOOD cleaning. USE ONLY GOOD QUALITY THROTTLE BODY CLEANER for this. the little hole at the bottom of the throttle body is the air supply to the idle air control motor be sure to get a good dose in there. take a rag soaked in cleaner and be sure to hand clean both the top and bottom where the throttle plates contact the bore. be sure to hit the top and bottom of the plates themselves, shouldnt be any brown or black stuff left (all gold and silver shiny) spray a liberal dose into the intake and let sit for a couple minutes. then start and run for a minute or two until cleared up. it will SMOKE and may not run smooth duing this time but should clear up after a couple throttle jabs and a little idle time. if this doesnt do the trick there are lots of other reasons why the idle would be incorrect but this a good starting point and is part of regular maint. anyway and it dont cost much kurt
