95 Camaro Z28 fuel lines

can someone please tell me how to unplug these fuel lines? I know you have to push down on them but I have a feeling I need some kind of special tool to remove them. Any help will be very much appropriated.

If it's for the fuel pump I used two screw drivers to push the two locks down and out and it will release the small harness for the fuel lines.

Auto parts stores sell them. Some kits include sizes you won't need. Some tools are plastic. They work ok. They are round and have a slot cut in them so they can expand to fit over the fuel line.
