Default 94 v6 3.4L Problems

Hopefully someone can help me, I just replaced my whole entire cooling system on my 94 camaro (raditor, new fan motor, water pump, heater core, heater core hoses, raditor hoses, thermostat) well I go to crank it up and the raditor begins to smoke immeditaly and spit out antifreeze all over the place, guy that was helping me put it back together told me he thinks I have a cracked head gasket, do you think this is the case or something else. Also is the heads worth replacing or better off buying a new engine or even a new car, the engine has about 140,000 on it.

make sure all of your hoses are on thight and in the right place, your water pump look for cracks and on tight with a gasket, and your raidator for pin holes and that the cap is on right, your heat coil. your coolant doesn't go up by the heads it flows around the cyclender walls. a cracked headgascket is going to leek oil onto and in to the engine. as far as changing heads. that depends on what you want to do? how much money do you want to spend? how much power do you want to have? after you decide that then you will awnser your own question.

thanks for trying to help me out, what could be making the coolant flow out of the raditor instead of staying in, everything is brand new with new gaskets.

If the cooling system is up to snuff, and the coolant overflows, then you have a blown head gasket which allows combustion gases to get into cooling system. A good radiator shop will have test equipment to verify that this is really what is happening.
