Motor mounts are the same for a 305/350......
The pump is the same for both 305/350......V-6 one?????
Stay with the 700R4 and forget the 5sp.....

[&:] motor mounts should be the same and most likely the ps pump will be a match but check both of these with your local parts house. the manual vs auto is a preference and application thing. i prefer an auto for drag, cruising and all around but the manual may excel in the road courses but suuuuuck in stop and go traffic if you weekend warrior is also a daily driver kurt

[&:] chevy did use 2 or 3 different motor mount set ups for v8's and i would venture to guess that van and maybe truck ones are different than the car version, let me guess theyre off by less than an inch but just wont line up??

[&:] you need to match the rubber portion of the mount to the steel portion that either bolts to the block or to the frame. in other words one of the other types of mounts. ive been thru this myself. most cars came with a mount that had the rubber portion bolted to the block. vans and trucks usually had a solid steel piece bolted to the block and a captured rubber mount bolted to the frame and it sound like you trying to mix those two incorrect halves or using one of the few different incompatible sizes kurt
