Default 68 disc conversion

Will other chevy disc brake set ups fit a 68 in the front or will only Camaro fit. I am trying to save a little $$ by not buying a brand new conversion kit. Master cylinder as well!!

Default RE: 68 disc conversion

[&:] similar vehicles of the same vintage usually shared lots of parts. this could be researched at your favorite parts place if your friendly with them, youll need to do a part number search piece by piece. GM used a lot of the same parts for several models for lots of years and id start with camaro, firebird and novas among others as having shared parts. probably locate disc spindles in the local yard with bearings, calipers and rotors from the shop that helped you. could possibly find used rotors and rebuild some calipers to save a buck if need be. need more help let us know kurt
