i have a 67 project car that some work had been started.here's my problem,new rear frame rails were put on the car before i bought it and now i'm in the process of putting on quarters and i have to pull up on the rear part of quarter to get it to line up with the taillight panel and when i say i have to pull up i mean PULL up on it .i'm just wondering if the frame rails were put in right or is this a common problem when putting on new quarters.any measurements you can give me as to see if rails are in the right spot would be great.thanks
