It depends on what you feel comfortable giving up.
You could take out the spare/jack, rear seats, floor mats (If they're still in there), battery relocation to the rear (doesn't lose weight, but makes a better ratio front to rear...), stereo equipment, and a few other 'free' things.
From there, you can start spending money. Racing seats, aftermarket steering wheel, tubular chassis components, fiberglass/carbon fiber body panels, etc., etc.
