Default 02 sensor question

its not about a camaro but wrather an S10. threw a code the other day that ended up being the 02 sensor after the cat. when i went to remove the old 02 sensor i took an open end wrench and with a couple wrenches on it i though i got it, but sadly found out that i rounded the head off the 02 sensor. whats the next step for me?

Cut the wires off and use a 6 point deep socket, it should be able to get a good grip even with the rounded off edges.

I had one do the same on me the other day. Unfortunately it was on the exhaust manifold and I ended up having to remove the manifold to get it out. It was crossthreaded. I used PB blaster, heat, everything I could but nothing moved it until I laid the manifold on the ground, had someone stand on it while another person put the hurt on it with a breaker bar attached to a 6 point. Good luck.
