Default White smoke coming from headers...

I finally got my baby all ready to go. The engine was just rebuilt about 5 days ago and I got an exhaust today. The engine is a 350 made a 383 stroker. So far I am not too happy with the results. I was expecting a lot more power, but I have been told that my carb needs tuning and that this will make a big difference. Anyways, every time I rev the engine high, a ton of white smoke comes out from under the hood. I checked it out and it seem that oil is dripping onto my headers and then burning off of them but I cannot seem to tell where the leak is coming from. If anyone has any ideas, let me know please. And also feel free to comment on the lack of power. (It's not slow or anything but it definitely doesn't have the power that I have heard a 383 stroker should have)

Setup-

-WP Sportsman II Heads (2.02/160 valves)
-Torker II intake manifold (Single Plane)
-Holley 750 Double Pumper
-.488 Hydrolic Cam
-Cast Crank
-Sealed Power Pistons (11.5:1)
-Hedman Longtube Headers
-High performance oil pump
-Turbo 350 trans (Leaking trans fluid)
-Rebuilt high performance clutches and sprag

you need new valve cover gaskets. autozone has some cheap ones hangin up that will work fine. that has happened to me a bunch of times. and also, when you put the new ones in, it will take up to 20 minutes to burn all of the old oil off, so dont get pissed when you still see white smoke for a while.
