this happend alittle while back at the strip so thats why im posting it in the street/strip forum any way theres a local drag strip here in town and theres an airport about 1 to 2 miles west of the drag strip now you can land and take off with 747 jets or little 4 passenger plains this was a little piper 4 pasenger airplane anyway it was coming in and it mistakend the the dragstrip for the runway at the airport and landed there. this made the front paper on the newspaper and top page of the local drag strip website i thought this wasjust funny as hell when i saw this i was joking around with my dad and said i guess he wanted to see what he ran in a quarter in the oppisite direction.

 

Can you post a pic of that newspaper article. Can a plane stop in that distance? Was it at night or during the day?
