in my opinion its a drivers race. i used to own a 2003 neon r/t stick and i raced a 3800 v-6 camaro that was also stick and i had him by half a car all the way to 5 gear from dead stop. im not saying im the best driver but i've been racing for a long time in the streets and tracks. the question would be who can get out the hole and pray he can get the jump. and for how many miles there are on a car it really shouldn't matter much if the car was really well taken care of.
