Default What is the diagnosis procedure to determine an engine internal water leak?

I think my pickup has an internal water leak, it is dripping lots of water out of the tail pipe, is that consistent with an internal leak?

are you losing coolant from the radiator? you will get a bit of moisture out the tail pipe normally.

there is a block check kit that checks for combustion gases in the coolant. cheap and easy.
