Default Specter Blowout Power Valve Protection

So I installed the blowout power valve saver from Specter in my 750 Holley and now when I gas the engine it sounds like a whistle. Anyone else have this problem?

Default RE: Specter Blowout Power Valve Protection

I figured out what it was. It was the carb gasket between the spacer and the carb. Apparently it was just a piece of poop. I thought it might've been the baseplate to main body gasket and when I pulled the carb to replace it I noticed there was some moisture near the rear of the gasket to the plenum holes. Put a better gasket on and now it's as good as new.
