just got done a rebuld and started it for the first time....it was a old 350 crate engine that was stuffed in the camaro a couple years ago by some1 who i guess wanted 2 build it into a race car ...sounds sweet was cammed somwehere down the line but dont kno whats it it...ran just open headers ....what should i go with for exhaust i have some old ones from it and they say like cherry bomb on the bottom the first time i ran it befor we tore it apart they were on and it didnt sound bad but i was j/w what you guys would suggest

 

Cherry Bombs are just loud and annoying, and they just ask to be pulled over. I would just look at any quality mufflers. I personally don't like Flowmaster because the resonate so bad and everybody has them. JMO

 

If you're not limited by a budget...buy Borla catbacks. Otherwise go with Magnaflow. Flowmaster is ****. My truck goes in on thursday to get a new magnaflow exhaust.

 

ok thx....and sry i posted this here im still new 2 the site and dint realize there was a specail section for intake and exhaust lol i was pretty tired....but yea thats what i thought the cherry bombs were......and yea i was gonna ask about magnaflow cuz theres a car in the local u-pull-it that has a set of magnaflows on it ...lol better hop 2 it and get back there befor their gone
