i just got a 92 camaro rs with the 3.1 v6. And the motor has almost had it i was wondering if there i any other motors that will bolt up to my 5 speed tranny.

 

A 3.4 would bolt up, not sure about a V8.

 

what can i get a 3.4 out of?

 

Later Camaros (I think they started in 93) W bodies (Monte Carlo and Lumina) from the late ninties, and there are probably some others. Anything that has an E in the 8th digit of the VIN with a V6 is the 3.4. There was also a 305 with the E designation, the LO3 throttle body injected 5.0L V8
