Default manual tranny

I know that a brand new manual trasmission is expensive as all get out. Does anyone know where I could get a used one, have any reliable sources? I know it would be better to get a new one, but if anyone has any information on a used one with low miles, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Try some of the salvage yards. Many of them will give a warranty on a low mileage transmission. Of course, if it ia a bad one, you are still stuck with the labor.
