hi there im new here and i need some help piecing together a 454 i just bought.. i have 67 camaro with no engine or trans. i recently bought a 454 and th400 trans for it, its off a 86 suburban with a bunch of smog stuff on it. i want to take all the emissions stuff off since its going on a 67 and smog is not required. the engine is completly stock and was recently re-built. i want to add a good intake,new carb,camshaft,roller rockers,new ignition,timing chain and a fuel pump!! HELP ME OUT! ive never owned a big block chevy pretty much stuck to the imports till my dad let me have this under the condition that i would fix it up..so i said screw it ill play with this for awhile

carb how many cfm??? 4 barrel for sure right

intake im guessing one with no egr to remove all that smog stuff right

distributor what do you recommend

cam also what do you recommendi dont know which one to get?? i dont even know what those number mean lol! i want power at idle to the mid-range not top end i dont think ill be in the high rpm's maybe a lil ruff idle would be cool

roller rockers i seen some comp cam rockers and some summit racing roller rockers that were in expensive. is it really necessary to change the studs to convert it to roller rockers?? what else would i need??

fuel pump which one would you recommend also?? i have no idea which one to get..
