Default heads for rebuild

I have a question about using my current heads for winter rebuild. The 350 will be rebuilt, using current heads. The car will not be raced and will be only driven on the street but want more HP then just a standard 350. Maybe .30 over and rebuild my heads. They are the double hump or camel hump heads. Anything I need to know on what can be done to them. Trying to get ideas so when winter gets here I can tell the machine shop. What should a build like this be. Normal maching work and using current crank. New cam. Or would it be cheaper to do a 383. Thanks, Jerod
