[8D]I[8D] have a 5.7 tpi 1989 camaro auto.Im getting it rebuilt and all i want to do is put a mild cam , port and polish the heads and injectors nothing big just enough to get me into 300hp+ stock is (240hp) What have you guys done or what do you recommend? anything would help!

 

I used to have a summit racing 488/488 cam, It worked pretty well and had a good idle to it, Plus they are pretty cheap. a whole kit with lifters is only about 80 dollars.
