Default building a 408

hey guys, i'm gonna start building a 408 out of my old 350. from what i've read up on the 408, there's going to be some grinding of the block to clear the rods and also i can't run a cam with anything more than 220 degrees duration at .050" lift (not gonna bother me too much, it's gonna be a pretty mild auto-x/road race/DD car)

other than that, i'm still trying to figure out some things, like what heads to run (i've been looking pretty hard at some Trick Flow Super 23 195 heads, can't find a price on them though). i know if i stick with the stock GM Performance heads, i'm gonna be limiting my power.

any ideas for heads, cam and carb???
