RE: 350 buildup
Do you have a part number for the kit? The Dart Pro 1s are a pretty good head also the afrs are one of the best here is a source I have used for rotating assembly stuff just good for comparison http://www.cnc-motorsports.com/product.asp?ProdID=7000 also head flow charts http://racingfeed.com/downloads/chevy_flow_data.pdf

Yeah the part number is EDL-2096. It's $1949.95 on Summit and you get the Performer RPM air gap manifold, Performer RPM heads, Performer RPM cam, and all bolts and gaskets. Says its good for 460hp. I've looked at AFR heads, but I want to buy a kit for the top end for sure, unless its possible to get everything seperate and not lose some money.

I wasnt expecting this at all... but I think I might have found a car to buy. It's a 79 Camaro with a 350... I dont know too much about it, I'm trying to go see it tonight. Heres the link. http://detroit.craigslist.org/car/278746972.html- Its about at the top of my budget pricewise, so I cant really be expeting much.

Doesnt look to bad places to check for serious rust rear frame rails, floor pans in general particuarly in the front where it curves from the firewall to floor and trunk pan top of frame rails........... rusty frame rails are a total pain to fix.. I hate working on rust[:@] lol
