I've got a 1983 Camaro with the 305. I'd like to drop a 350 from a 1989 Caprice in there though. What I was wondering is would this just be a bolt in swap or is it more than that? Everyone here says that it should just bolt right up to my 700R4 tranny. They say that the motor mounts will fit all that I'd have to do is make sure I swap the radiator over also. On down the road I would like to dump the 700R4 and get a 5spd. Would this all work?

 

yep it will bolt right in, the blocks are the same for 305 or 350, just use all the asy. ( A/C, P/S, ALT, Smog pump )and brakets from the Camaro. the radiator might not fit, as its from a different car. Also use the intake and exhaust manifolds from the Camaro
