Yeah, I used it on my headlights too. They look great now.

Yeah... mine just happened to be a yellowish color.. but yeah, they were foggy. If its on the inside I really dont know what to do about it,, but if its on the outside toothpaste will clean it... Takes some elbow grease, but it works... DO NOT use rubbing compound... it will scratch your lenses.
if its on the inside its probably cracked and moisture is getting in, in which case it will need to be replaced
