Touch Up Paint

Touch Up Paint
I got some touch up paint from the Chevy dealer, and it leaked in my glove compartment. Good thing it was in the shipping envelope it came from the dealer in. I was wondering if they would take it back and give me a new one since it seems like a manufacturer defect. This seems to happen to a lot of touch up paint bottles where the plastic base of the brush cracks. Oh I also tried fixing it with duct tape, loc tight, super glue, and electical tape. They should still take it back...right?

RE: Touch Up Paint
I would never store my touchup paint in my glove box. I thought about doing it, because it would be a good way to keep up with it. But then I thought about how HOT it gets in a car and decided it probably wasn't a good idea. Extreme cold probably wouldn't be good either (it's still hot where I live though - in the upper 80s)
At the very top of my bottle, it says in bold letters: STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
I donno, just a thought.
