Hello all,
I have a 1989 Camaro, and while trying to put fuel in it, the pump keeps shutting off. I Can only get a little bit of fuel in before it shuts off and spits out at the filler. My fuel gauge indicates a quarter of a tank, which I believe is correct. I don’t believe it’s an indicating issue. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?

can you see down the fill tube, someone may have got a siphon hose stuck in it and cut it off and shoved it in. other then that the inside layer of the fill tube hose may have collapsed, also check vent hose for blockage
