Default Chip and Programmer?

So I just ordered this giant catalog (900 colored pages) from "Classic Industries" (classicindustries.com) and the book is amazing. For anyone restoring a Camaro, this is your answer. Anyone with a fourth gen can still get just about anything too. Anyways, they have a JET Performance chip, and hypertech/jet programmers. IS it possible to do both? I mean, would you get a hp gain from both? If so, is would supposedly be 33 hp gain, according to the book.

No, it does not work that way. Either one or the other, and in most cases the HP gain is exagerated.
