Default BLM and O2 problems

For some reason my BLM sensors and my O2 sensors are reading the exact same numbers all the way through. BLM is staying at 128, perfect, but still should be changing. Any input would be much appreciated.

There are no BLM sensors. The BLM (Bloc Learn, a variable table) depends on the O2 sensor output. Since the O2 sensor appears to be stuck, the BLM will not change. Also if the PCM does not see an O2 sensor signal, or is temporarily disconnected, the BLM will default to midrange in order to keep the engine running.

Oh right. I did not mean to put BLM sensor. But my readings are all off. I am thinking since I am getting an error code 43 it could be that the knock module is not working and I will replace it with an LT4 module.
