Ok so I have a 94 Z28...5.7L, in the process of getting it running again...needs a fuel pump as well

I am just very curious with if there is any possible aftermarket company that makes/distributes brand new fuel sending units for a 94 Z28. I've searched at numerous auto parts stores and websites galore and I can't seem to find one anywhere...at all honestly...not even ebay. I have gone to the dealer ( I always at all costs try to avoid any dealers), and they want 500 bucksfor it, which I highly don't think it's worth. So could you guys point me to the right direction with finding a way to get my hands on a new fuel sending unit without spending an amount that's more then buying a whole new tank and everything that goes with it (except the sending unit).

P.S. I know I'm a noob on here, but soon I'm going to post my car pics and update eveything for my profile for all to see. Just been pretty busy enough with my maro that I only get to ask questions on here instead of contributing...which will be soon...

That is a univarsal fuel level unit for Auto Meter gages, the price is right, but you are going to have fun making it work.
