Help! My son has a 96 Camaro RS the previous owner or someone took out the Bose head unit but cut the wires instead of just unplugging them. My question is in each of the two speaker wire bundles there are four wires three colored and one bare where should each wire hook up. I did get a Scosche output converter but it's still all confusing.

I've been trying to find a diagram for how I can wire my Bose to an aftermarket stereo. I don't believe these color codes are accurate for the Bose system. There are no speaker wires. I've done some research on it and you have signal wires that go to the amp.
If anyone knows how to wire the Bose system to an aftermarket head unit I'd be grateful. Whoever had the car before me chopped off the harness so I don't have anything to work with.
