I want to buy my husband new speakers for his '97 Camaro but I don't know what I need to get. What size speakers do I need? How many? and what is a good brand? I hope some one can help me out! Thanks!!

 

I believe they are 4x6's in the front door speakers and the same in the back seat. So you would need (4) 4x6's. I actually weaselled a 6x9 for the rear speakers in my camaro. Good brand is anything that you would find at a store for audio electronics. Best buy has some good ones... but also some junk ones. Remember, What you pay for is what you get. Thats how all things go with stereo equipment.
