should i install 12" subs?
i pulled out my 800 watt subs and amp from my other, now non street legal car. should i put them in my 86 z28? i typicly listen to rap, techno, and rock. it doesnt seem right to add them, but i already have the system, just need to wire it. i also have 1200 watt speakers that i need to make a box and get an amp for it. should i add them, or no?

I agree with slayer, it's your call. If you want it in then put 'em in. I've been debating on putting my subs in my 85 but I don't want to start cutting into the car. I'm concentrating on the engine, tranny, rear and suspension first.

The box that I had got into the way of the trunk panels and needed to be cut inorder to fit the box in. I've been affraid to get another one. Also I'd rather spend my money on speed than a custom box to fit the camaro.

Your call. Personally, I'd go for it, but keep it to where it won't vibrate your wheels off. Also, I was wondering, what car is it that isn't street legal, and why?

i think the box that i have right now will fit in the area meant for a flat tire. eventually, i had planned on makin two little corner boxes for the sides, with them angled rear and center. the came out of my geo tracker, which isnt unsured, wont pass inspection, and the clutch is shot. its basicly a field beater for now
